DELIVERY AND RETURNS
Items are usually delivered between 3 and 6 working days. Fragile items are packaged appropriately for transport, if necessary in double crates. The jewelry comes with gift wrapping.
order cancellation Returns are possible for 14 days. You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the goods ( please read all of our conditions of sale below).

ZONES AND COUNTRIES SERVED: Stella Stellina delivers exclusively in mainland France and Corsica as well as in the following countries: Germany, Andorra, Belgium, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, United Kingdom, Switzerland.
RECEPTION AND COMPLAINTS: The customer is required to check the condition and number of packages at the time of delivery, then to note precisely on the delivery slip any damage or lack.
LEGAL WITHDRAWAL PERIOD : The non-professional customer has a period of 14 clear days from the delivery of his order to return this or these product (s) in perfect condition and in its (their) packaging (s).
